A few thoughts on your profile and plans  hacorus :
 
  Your academic profile is a bit of a mixed bag. The international dimension to it will certainly help. However,   GPA matters in MBA applications  . Do look for clear substantiation about the assertion of French vs Czech grading; make sure that's not just a personal observations since adcoms' aren't likely to take things at face value. A big push on GMAT will be your best bet here; together with explaining what went wrong in your Optional essays. 
  MBA after 30 is tricky as the article shared explains. Given that context, the Sloan Fellows programs will be a better fit. These are not EMBA, as you seem   to have confused them to be  ? For LBS too, are you referring to the Fellows program? You may want to look at some more European programs (INSEAD/IMD/Judge) that have a slightly senior candidate profile.  
  While your broad motivation is fair, do make sure to research on the practicality of your plans well. For instance, check whether any of your target firms/public transport agencies hire top MBA grads - the answer is likely to be in the negative. If that's the case, you'll have to think about how to convince adcoms about your employability as well as ponder on that aspect for yourself.  
  The ECs arc is pretty good and well balanced. Use that well to further stand out in your applications.

hacorus , a few more thoughts.

While the grading might be tough, a fail grade (or two) raises lot of eyebrows - so make sure to address it proactively and never assume adcom's knowing stuff - always best to share country-specific perspectives with them.

In general,   EMBAs are more limited   compared to full-time programs.

Since you say 'few', and I know that to be the case, the onus would be on you to convince adcoms so they don't get jittery.
