Your GMAT probably hurts you a bit, but your professional profile is strong, and the fact that you are female helps you. I also think the flying strengthens your application (I recommend writing about it in your essays). I assume your verbal score is what held you back on the GMAT, not the quant? I think you can be optimistic, just work hard on your essays and get the strongest reco letters you can.
