Background
Work experience: 6 Years of Active Duty Army Infantry Officer Experience. I graduated top of my class, and successfully finished the career course and Ranger School. I've managed 151 Soldier element for 3 years, and have always been ranked top 5% on every performance review I have received. I also have had the experience of leading those same Soldiers to a foreign country and training with NATO Soldiers.
Extracurricular: Involvement in Big Brother's Big Sister's Organization and Team RWB (Veteran Assistance Group)
Undergrad school/major: Undergrad Senior Military College (Citadel / VMI / Texas A&M) with a low 2.9 GPA in Civil Engineering.
Other education/coursework:
Race/nationality: African American
Sex: Male

Undergrad GPA: 2.9 (Service in the National Guard and playing a DII sport took more time than I wanted away from me at school)

Target schools: Classified into three sections, unsure what I could matriculate into with my low undergrad GPA.
DREAM: Darden, Cornell, MIT, Yale SOM
Reach?: Fuqua, Ross, NYU
Possibly Attainable?: McDonough, Mason, Marshall
Questions: Where would I stand with such a low GPA, I'm looking at going to Business school in 2022, have only taken the GMAT once, is it worth studying more and taking it again, or should I look at building my resume in another unique way?
