Agomez,
Work experience counts more than earning an additional degree. If you have an opportunity to work at a role that fits in with your career aspirations, its going to make a real impact in your MBA admissions to a top tier B-school.
Choose wisely. Life is often a function of serendipity.
Cheers !

Hello,
I am an international student from Peru pursuing a BBA in International Business and Finance at Florida International University and I plan to apply to a top tier MBA program in about 2 to 3 years. My school offers an honors in international business program and I am not sure whether I should go through the trouble of doing it and delaying my graduation by 1 semester or just go back to my home country to work full time in an international company. Given my case, would any school care about the honors? What is more important getting more work experience and building experiences around that, or getting academic honors?
