Hello!
I was considering applying for a top 15 FT MBA in about 2 years from now, and (although I know it's pretty early) I am trying to assess my chances of admission to eventually re-focus my career plan or improve my profile in the meantime! I would appreciate any feedback on my profile below

Profile:
Age: 32 (age at enrollment)
Representation: European (thus somehow average representation?)
Test Scores:
- GMAT 700 - 730 (still have to retake it, but practice test scores are consistently around 730-ish) - Generally Verbal > 90% percentile, Quant somehow lower. More than happy to retake it to improve it.
- TOEFL: 115.
Academics:
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages & Business Administration with 4.0 GPA in a top 3 university (in my country).
- Exchange program at UCLA Anderson with 4.0 GPA.
- Master in Management from ESSEC (best 3rd program worldwide) with GPA around 3.7/3.8 (depends on the scales).
- School representative (team of 5) for the CFA Research Institue Challenge 2020 (ongoing, so I still can't say our positioning in the competition).
Work experience (4-5 yrs):
- 2 Low profile internship in Marketing and Sales (think of local SMEs).
- 3 yrs as Store Manager (family local shop with 2 points of sales).
- 3 months Summer Internship in Consulting (T2 firm).
-
Projected: 2/3 yrs in a business role in FAANG Europe
OR 2 years in T2 consulting firm (could be either one of those, depends on this damn pandemic).
Extra-Curricular Experience:
- Worked pro-bono 2 yrs in an NGO (active in higher education, consulting, and sustainability).
- Published 1 article on sustainability.
- Self-taught graphic designer (worked free-lance during my bachelor's to pay my bills).
- Former semi-professional athlete (under 18).
- Speak fluently 3 languages, aim at adding the 4th in a year's time.
I would love to have a true assessment of my chances for T15 FT MBA, and am more than happy to expand on any of the above points should it be needed.
