I work at Global Semiconductor Company (Intel) as a hardware engineer. I work on Computer Architecture (VLSI) domain and have a total of 8 years of experience.
My profile details:

Nationality - Indian
Undergraduate - B.E (Hons) from a leading private university (Bits Pilani) in India. CGPA - 8.3/10
Work Experience - 5 years at top MNC working as Lead Design Engineer (VLSI Domain). 3 years at another top MNC (Intel) working as Senior Verification Engineer. Mentored 2 recent college grads and took a few leadership roles during projects but nothing over the top.
GMAT - 710
Age - 30 years
Target Schools - UCLA, Insead, Berkley Haas, Wharton, LBS, Kellogg
Extracurricular - Have taken various leadership roles as a toastmasters member. Worked in NGO during college time. Have organized various employee activities in office and lead some office CSR activities.
Post MBA Goal - To work as product manager in a tech giant.

Please evaluate my profile. Do I need to change my target schools ? Shall I target FT MBA or look for an EMBA after 1/2 more years of experience

Hi Shayla,
FT MBA and EMBA are two very different programs, especially if you are living outside the country from where you wish to do an MBA/eMBA. FT MBA requires you to have full-day classes- which will work well even if you travel to another country for the duration of the program.

But an eMBA is undertaken while you are working, and it may not be feasible to do one if you have to travel back and forth from your country of residence. I don't know what your situation is, nevertheless I thought it important to point this out.

Regarding the choice of b-schools, I think that you have mainly listed stretch programs. A target list with 2 stretch programs and 3 reach programs will be more beneficial at this point in time.
