Essay Q: Career Vision and Meaning
This question doesnt ask why one wants to do mba at HBS. Do I need to write few lines to explain my reasons for HBS?
Essay Q: Additional information
Is it wise to use 3-4 headings under each of which I will talk about a different side of me? Would the short and unrelated paragraphs be acceptable for this essay?

Yes, I would write a paragraph on Why HBS in the career essay (more than a "few lines") or perhaps give them a full-fledged Why HBS essay in essay 6, especially if you can discuss Why HBS in terms of HBS people you have spoken with.
I would avoid the 3-4-header approach for essay 6 unless the topics you are addressing are necessary factual type explanations (hopefully, you don't have *that* much explaining to do!). However, as a way of organizing your general left-over value-add material -- i.e., *not* extenuating circumstance material -- the 3-4-header approach is poor IMO. Better to give them a full, focused essay on a single story or theme.
