A specialization is a bunch of courses clubbed together to satisfy a particular area of study. It will be hard for someone else to tell you what you should study. That should be based on your career interests and your learning needs from an MBA.
Suggest you go through MBA program websites and get a feel of the different specializations they offer. Dig a little deeper to see the specialization requirements. Also, check the description of individual courses that lie within a specialization. FYI, many programs allow you to take more than one specialization, so this can be of interest to you.
