Hi,
Im a german male with a relatively average gpa from a top three (well, third best) UNI in Germany (bachelors in Business administration with a focus on finance and banking). I just planned on doing my masters there as well, however I was a bit surprised when I scored a 770 (Q 48, V 51) on my online GMAT and 740 in the test center test. Now I am a bit overwhelmed by feeling I should apply to some great business schools.
I have 6 months of internship experience in Management (large German car company) as well as tons of extracurricular stuff (ran the debate team, youth politics, currently leading a country division of a small German NGO in Africa)
What should I be thinking about? What programs are relevant for me? Are there any programs in 2021 that would be a good fit for me I could still apply to?
I actually recon I could still improve my quant score if I invested more time - would that be worth pursuing?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

That's a fantastic score and you do not need to retake for any reason.
You may want to look into some deferred MBA program deadlines- although most will be over by now (check Haas accelerated MBA). Check this article out on deferred MBA programs. Some of these programs will allow you to apply even if you join a master's program straight after college- that will help you to think through your applications and apply with some time in hand (that is, over the coming application deadlines).
Applying with zero work experience is never a good idea. You'll be a much stronger MBA candidate with a few years of work experience and your GMAT will hold good for 5 years, so in terms of logistics, that is doable.
