· Work experience
I've been working as an Associate Consultant (for last 2.5 years) in a social impact consultancy firm under education and modern slavery sector. I've been promoted twice in the last 2.5 years (from Analyst - Consultant). Most of the clients have been US/Europe based (international experience).
- led a team of 4 people
- led workstreams that led an average NPS of 9.5
- led business and strategy plan for the business unit for 2 consecutive years
· Extracurricular activities (highlight notable undergraduate and post-undergraduate ones):
National level basketball player, College jubilee award for excellence in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, Project Head - Enactus a student run-organization; conceptualized and led a social innovation program for acid attack survivors in Delhi, NCR
· Post-MBA goals:
Leverage knowledge of the finance and development sector and specialize in the social sector advisory/strategy space (through consulting or impact investment)
· Target schools:
