Hello MBA Aspirants,
Aspiring to be part of the top MBA programs globally is a dream that we all have but to achieve it needs a proper and structured approach. The following questions are pertinent to get answered by the applicant before taking a leap of faith!
Q1: Who Am I and what I bring to the table! A very important exercise which should not be ignored before evaluating your own self. This exercise will help one understand about the following:
a) Strength's
b) Weaknesses or Area's of Development
c) Functional Ability
d) Leadership Prowess
e) Accomplishment's - With IMPACT
f) Failures - With Learning's
Process of De-construction is critical. USE your experiences through GRID called LTIM - Leadership, Teamwork, Innovation and Maturity and describe all experiences through SAR-L format.
Q2: Career Goal Clarity: Very Important to have clarity of both Academic and post MBA goals. This will help aspirants do a perfect fitment with the schools.
Once you have answers for these questions, the process of application gets simplified!
