Thank you for your post. Whenever a 2nd MBA is desired, it is a bit trickier of a conversation and the individual circumstance matters a lot.
From what you have shared, you have some strong work experience at reputable companies. Your extracurriculars can also be highlighted in a way that enhances your candidacy (remember that these should gel with the rest of your application to tell a consistent story). You may consider working to maximize your GMAT, particularly for top schools like Columbia and Booth. While a 720 is a good score, Indian male applicants, especially those in finance, will have higher GMAT scores in the 740-760 range for top programs.
Overall, you have a nice profile and have a good chance of getting into some of the schools you identified if you increase your GMAT. If you do not want to sit for the GMAT again, you want to be sure to have a strong application package in all other regards. Feel free to review
