Hello!
After toiling for 3 months, I took GMAT today and scored 720 (Q51, V36). Other aspects of my profile are mentioned below:
Gender: Male
10th: 9.8 GPA
12th: 86%
UG: BITS Pilani (5 year dual degree - BE + MSc). 7.2/10 GPA
Awards: KVPY Scholar (awarded by Government of India)
Work Ex: Pharma consulting (13 months) + Consulting in ESG and development sector in an Indian startup (17 months) + Pharma consulting (11 months and counting). Across all the three organizations, I worked with US clients
I am targeting INSEAD, NUS and Schulich (in this order of priority). Do I have a chance at these schools? Also, please recommend other programs (up to 15 months) for which I should try.

Thank you for sharing your profile. Your profile looks good on the surface. Starting with the stats, your undergrad GPA is good, and you have a quite good GMAT score. The average GMAT score for INSEAD is 710, while that for NUS and Schulich is 656 and 660 resp. So, I believe that if you work hard on your application, you will have a good chance of getting into your desired b-schools.
On the work front, you have worked majorly in consulting role. You will be required to bring your leadership position. B-schools appreciate applicants who have demonstrated professional growth and progression; demonstrating your career progression will make a strong case. You must have demonstrated significant leadership potential, as well as client-facing roles, must have polished your communication skills (which Canadian schools do stress). You have earned an award from the GOI, which is wonderful! Speaking about it will offer your profile an edge.
Overall, a good profile. However, to determine your USPs, I would like to learn more about your profile, such as the roles and responsibilities you have handled in your profession, ECs, post-mba goals, and so on. Your post-MBA goals are critical in school selection. You have a shot at your chosen schools if you present your applications effectively. I'm not sure what your post-MBA goals are, but if it's consulting, explore Kellogg, Fuqua, and MIT as well. You may want to read an article on top 1 yr MBA programs in the US, you will get some insights.
