Current Residence: India
Undergrad: Ethiraj College for Women (6.71/10 CGPA)
12th: 85.75%
10th: 94.8%
Work Experience: Operations Executive at Infosys -2.5 years
Led a team of middleware administrators for operational and support activities.
Got promoted after 2.5 years
Systems Engineer at Infosys - 9 months
Moved to the engineering team, Working on Engineering tasks while managing the operations team.
Giving training to the upcoming middleware administrators for operations tasks.
Languages: English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and basic level in Japanese (N5)
Additional courses: Business Foundations by Wharton University (Coursera)
Volunteering:
Youth Red Cross Youth: 2 Years
Have helped organize blood donation camps and awareness programs in my Undergrad.
Part of Chennai volunteers who held free online classes for the underprivileged kids during COVID period as they were not able to afford schooling due to financial reasons with their parents losing jobs.
Volunteer at Covid Surge Impact Alliance, an initiative for finding resources and mapping them to those in need. I have helped arrange oxygen cylinders, blood for convalescent plasma therapy, ventilators etc for the patients in need.
I am planning to take the GMAT again to improve my score and I am aiming for the below mentioned Japanese Universities:

Test score aside, you have some solid leadership experience and the promotion looks good as well.
What will be important here is to think about your post-MBA goals and how these align with your personal story, as it is important that all components of your application fit together to tell a consistent narrative.
