Worked in the Information technology sector for a year
MBA from NMIMS Mumbai in Human Resource management. (GPA: 3.08/4.0)
Working as a Consultant/Business Analyst in a Fortune 200 company for around 2 years, working on Implementation projects related to HCM implementation
Had multiple internships in various industries ranging from financial services, textile industry mainly in human resource function.
Volunteered in NGO as a fundraiser during 1st MBA.
Won multiple corporate competitions
I want to switch to Strategy/Management consulting in the future and hence require a second MBA.
Target colleges:
* Harvard Business School
* University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School of Business
* Stanford Graduate School of Business
* University of Chicago Booth School of Business
* MIT Sloan School of Management
* Columbia Business School
* Northwestern Kellogg School of Management

I am planning on applying to colleges in 2024 to gain few more years of experience. Also, let me know the target GMAT score that I should try to achieve.

Thanks so much for sharing this information. Waiting until 2024 to apply is a good approach given where you're at with work experience so far. In this time, you should strive to take on opportunities to manage people or projects, and sharpen any skillsets you are able that translate into management consulting. It is very difficult to confirm whether the schools you listed would make sense without a GMAT score, but if these are your target schools, you should start prepping for the GMAT as soon as you're able so you have time to achieve the highest score possible. Ideally for your profile, 20-30 points above the program's average GMAT would be a good target, so 750-760+ would be best.
Make sure you are also considering the strength of your extracurricular profile. Are you involved in any volunteer work?
