I have had a very poor experience with GenEd services. I was assigned an untrained person and I ended up wasting my time with him. The company management does not even refund the amount even if it's their fault because apparently the company directors have no control on the finances, well they don't even have the control on quality of services either.
It might be that I got stuck with a wrong consultant but I would really suggest to not pay advance for more than 1 college and check if the consultant assigned to you works or not because the management here does not take any responsibility what so ever on the service these consultants would provide and of course refund is never an option for them. The team tries to keep count of #calls you have had with consultant, the time you have spent on each call, but unfortunately no tab on the actual guidance offered.
Personally, I got calls from the schools I applied to without GenEd support and not from the one where I leveraged their support.
