Convenience comes with an expense. GMAC has all the rights to cancel a score, if they suspect even a tiny bit of malpractice or technical issues. Unfortunately, due to this some test takers have to patiently grind through the process. I specifically prefer not to attempt Online unless I have a good & recent computer and a good location to take the test. Also, I'm not loaded with just test questions alone over the internet, but need to sync the heaviest app, the whiteboard online, that can keep constantly updating the server while I'm scribbling and drawing for over 2 hours at least. Even my home network blip of 30sec to 1 min is a red flag to them. I'll try to reduce as much uncertainty as possible rather than learning to deal with it. Perhaps, those who lives far away from the test center (like more than 1 hour) can try the online test. I know many don't agree with me, as there is still uncertainty in test center too, but that is well controlled than taking the test online.
