I got the above GRE Score and looking to apply in R2. I'm predominately interested in Corporate Finance as my post-MBA career. My present work experience is in Corporate Finance too (lending to companies) where I handle portfolio of USD 9.08Mn. I'd be preparing for GMAT too before commencement of class to score 700 as it is required bare minimum for finance roles. I cannot delay the application to next year so that's not the option for me. 8.41/10 (Undergrad) & 8.44/10 (Post Grad Diploma in Banking and Finance)
64 Months workex as on August 2022 (44 months management experience), 4 people reporting to me directly.

Your GRE score is quite good; if you can retake the GRE and strive to score higher, your chances will increase. Your work experience should bring examples of leadership and impact. For finance, the top choices are IE, Fuqua, Hec, Said, NYU, Booth, Darden, and Kellogg. Your target schools depend on your overall profile as well. 320 GRE is indeed a good score considering work experience of 5.4 years. But it's just not a numbers game but your over profile matters. It is high time where you start working on your application essays since most B schools have R1 deadlines in September/October.
Showcase the achievements that you have achieved during the tenure of your career, showcase your leadership qualities which is one of the most important qualities that most of the top looks into the applicant. You have to represent yourself in a very unique way through your essays.
