Hi myself 26 years of age from India, need your inputs regarding my profile strengths and weakness
GMAT 740
Education- Did Bachelors in Civil engineering with gpa of 8.2. University ranks in mid 30s in India.
Work experience - Have 4 years of experience in core Construction industry
2 years - In real estate company (one of the Top 10 in India) started as trainee engineer straight of college and was promoted to the post of Senior Engineer with within 6months with full responsibility handling all the matters pertaining to our dept with the project. Main responsibilities include project management, coordination with vendors and funds approval.
2 years - In infrastructure project of national importance. Working as civil engineer for the client. Main responsibilities involves coordinating work between the client, contractor and consultant. As the part of the job was part of many committees and sub-committees related to the project decision making.
Did certificate course in TEKLA software, project management, building material and construction technology etc related to my working profile.
Extracurriculars - Was actively participating in fine arts events in school and college days. During the college was part of the teams involved in organising the fest and 2 years led the college dept team in the fine arts events of the university.
Volunteered to distribute the essentials like food, cloth as part of the company initiative during the floods in the neighbourhood and was also part of the team who was responsible for arranging and setting up of the camps for the construction labours whose house washed away during the floods.
Aiming for top 10-20 bschools, but lack of major extracurricular activities and lack of international exposure seems to be major negatives in my profile.

Given you're didn't complete your degree at a top school in India it will be important to earn the highest score possible on the GMAT. We advise about 20-30 point above the average of your target schools for overrepresented candidate such as yourself. In terms of number of years of work experience you're at the right point, however if you can secure a role where the title indicates more business responsibilities rather than engineering, it may be worth waiting a year. You'll want to highlight the project and stakeholder management in your current roles. Probably one of the largest gaps, like you mention, is a lack of extracurriculars since graduating. I would focus on leading a volunteer initiative that makes an impact on your local community. If COVID is a concern, consider ways you can leverage digital resources (e.g. youtube) to create content you can distribute virtually to help the underserved.
I would say bottom of the T25 US schools may be good options with current work exp and GMAT depending on your goals.
