I am a 32-year-old energy professional working in an Oil and Gas major in India for last 11 years.
I have a GPA of 8.85/10 and 730 GMAT.
My career till date has been around supply chain/logistics, retail sales (B2C) and contracts management.
I am not able to get hold of the appropriate Short term and Long term goal at my age, as I will be graduating from B school at an age of 35.
What I have thought of as of now is to be an Operations Pathways Manager at Amazon as short-term goal and Senior leadership role in Strategy function of an Ecommerce/Tech Company as a long term goal. (P.S: I want to pivot from Oil and Gas Industry)
I am equally comfortable with consultancy as one of the short-term goals, however with no prior experience in Consultancy and my intention to get out of Oil and Gas, I do not know whether that goal will be admissible to ADCOMs.
I would really appreciate your help on this.

Your goals don't necessarily have to be obvious, but they should strike a balance between ambitious and attainable.
