I have applied to Indian B-Schools such as IMT Ghaziabad, Great Lakes, KJ Somaiya, XIMB, GIM and XIMB through my GMAT score of 690, 6 months of work-ex, decent academics and good extra curriculars.
As all Indian B-Schools treat CAT as their first choice, NMAT as second, do they consider Indian GMAT applicants to be as competitive as CAT applicants ? I'm a bit worried as I have got calls from a few of these colleges and interview went well, but I'm worried that they might convert my score to percentile and compare it with CAT's percentile. If that would be the case, then my admission is out of question. But if they compare it to other GMAT applicants, I might have some chances.
What is your thought on this situation ? Have you seen anyone getting admission in these colleges with a score similar to mine ?
"I apologise if I didn't phrase the question correctly. I'm so confused."

It's good to see that you're targeting top schools with your
GMAT score of 690. It's important to remember that your GMAT or GRE score is just one aspect of your profile and not the only determining factor for admissions. In fact, it's just a quarter of your overall application.
Admissions committees consider a wide range of factors when evaluating applicants, such as academics, work experience, extracurricular activities, and achievements.
They are looking for a student who has a strong, well-rounded profile and not just a high GMAT or GRE score.
Remember, admission is a holistic process, and the admissions committees are looking for students who are well-rounded, have strong leadership skills, and show a passion for their field. Focus on highlighting your strengths, accomplishments, and experiences, and you'll be on your way to a successful application.
