Hi, I recently gave GMAT and scored 710( Q48,V40). But my IR score was poor(3). I have another score in which my IR score was 7(overall 660) . Can i submit both the scores just to make up in IR?

My target schools are Tepper, Ross, IIMA, IIMB, ISB.

You should be fine. Also, when you upload score report, your previous score will show, don't worry.

Hello GMATproxx,

Thanks for your query.

Both scores will be visible; so, you need not worry about "submitting" both scores.

In case you are not considering a GMAT retake (you should, ideally, if you are targetting the likes of Ross), you will need to address the IR issue in your Optional Essay; talk about how you have a better score previously and this was possibly a bad day.

Hope this helps.

All the best!

Hi,

Actually I had cancelled the previous 660(IR7) score(very bad mistake, I realise). Do i need to reinstate it so that it shows up on my score report?

Regardless, you should provide any evidence you have of previous scores (that you want to highlight). My applicant who had a recent low score in quant was able to convince Tepper with the score from a previous attempt in quant (he also explained this in the optional essay).

Best wishes

Don't worry, as both of them are official scores, thy prove that you deserve them
