Good Morning,
Humbly request feedback on my profile.

Overrepresented demography: Indian, Male, Engineer
WE: 12 Years - Currently working in a FAANG company (In Mid-level manager role)
Programs applying to: MIT Sloan Fellows MBA and Stanford MSx
Executive assessment: 165 (Q18, IR 14 V 13)
Handled few major projects. Two shake up innovations within the organization.
Undergrad: Engineering with 76% grade (considered distinction) - Not sure how it translates to US GPA


Questions:
is 165 a good score for an Indian engineer? Should I try again to push it over 170?
For MIT scholarships, does EA score matter?
A weird question but has been lurking on my mind: Do looks matter for admissions? I am an obese guy, will that hurt my chances?

Merci4, a few thoughts on your profile evaluation and plans.

The academic arc is a bit unclear since you've mentioned your UG name - has it been a feeder? The GPA looks about average - don't need to convert. The EA score looks quite alright. While there isn't a magic number, scores above 150 are usually considered good.

The professional profile sounds ok given the FAANG association but tough to gauge much without the details - feel free to share a resume directly for a more detailed discussion. What are your post-MBA plans?

Top programs also value extracurricular/volunteer efforts. Anything here?
