If you already have that much experience, especially as a bank head, you are getting very close to a good eMBA profile. Schools count experience up until you matriculate and many top eMBA programs only average 7-10 years of work experience. Sounds like you would have about 8 by then, so you might consider it. I only say this because of your leadership experience and the fact you are targeting top programs. To address you original question, Wharton likes to see reallly good GMAT scores, so you would need to shoot for 700+ for sure to get attention there. EMBA would not require quite as high GMAT score which is another advantage.
