I need some perspective about how to go about from where I am right now in my Bschool journey.
I took 6 attempts at GMAT/GRE but I wasn’t able to go beyond a 320(166Q 154V) which roughly translates into a 670. I got into Queen’s Smith Canada, got rejected at UNC and Kelley, and got waitlisted at Vanderbilt(With Interview) and Simon(W/o interview).
I am 23 Y.O., I have 3.5 WE as a senior ops analyst at BofA and 7.8 GPA at Ahmedabad University(BCom). My salary is average and I am not getting a pivot into Consulting as an analyst rn. That is why I need an MBA to pivot from what I have been doing.
I wanted an opinion on what should be an apt career move rn as I am not getting the desired results and I have exhausted myself to take these exams. Due to the opportunity cost of taking these exams, I couldn’t prepare for CFA as well.
I am at the crossroads where I don’t know whether I should wait 3-4 years, clear CFA, get a better job, take GMAT/GRE sometime later on, and reapply? Or go to Smith/Ivey/Rotman in Canada and settle?
