Many congratulations on the fantastic score.
For ISB and IIM A follow my advice:

1. Beat the PSU cliché/ Create an opposite typecast:

I have worked with many candidates from the public sector for ISB and IIMs, so I am happy to pitch in my suggestions. Unfortunately, schools are critical of candidates who have been in the public sector for a very long time and want an MBA as an exit option. They believe, there are many challenges with these profiles, such as a habit of working with a top-down approach, lack of experience with analytical thinking, and too much focus on day-to-day functional details without looking at the big picture. To emerge successful, demonstrate your strong leadership skills through stories in which you helped resolve conflicts, accelerated projects, were trusted with bigger responsibilities repeatedly, motivated team members or shop floor staff to move projects forward in a timely manner, influenced management with your insights to take a particular point of view on decisions, and saved the company money or brought cost efficiencies.

If you want to read more on challenging adcoms' pre conveived notions read my advise: How to challenge common typecasts that Adcoms have : Wharton (gmatclub.com)

2. Show sectoral expertise
You have been in the O&G sector for a fairly long time. Last year I got someone on our team to interview a panelist (IIM A prof) regarding what IIM A PGPX holds most important. In the words of the professor on the panel, they evaluate if the person has been working in a company for a long time, does he/she have a deep knowledge of the industry/trends. This proves his/her sincerity and involvement - a sign of future success
The professor specifically cited examples of PSU applicants who failed to provide an overview of their industry.

You may read what all you must know for the interviews : Mastering the IIM A PGPX Interview: A Comprehensive Debrief : IIM Ahmedabad (gmatclub.com)

3. Clarity Regarding Goals: You did not mention your goals so I leave it to you to self evaluate. You can refer to my writeup on the link below.

You may read further my writeup on Military/Navy Veterans, Engineers, SCM Mgrs, PSU Folks- Goals Strategy : Ross (gmatclub.com)

I work with many successful Operations candidates each year and also have many years of experience in this sector. Feel free to contact me for advice

Best wishes
