Pratik06,
Your undergrad % counters (negatively) your GMAT score to some extent.
The colleges you can apply to depend on various factors including and not limited to - Geography, Post MBA career goals, Budget, Duration of program, Brand preference, Scholarship need etc.
In case you want to apply this year, I would strongly recommend not to apply to US Schools since you will only be able to apply in R3 now - unless you do something crazy to come up with a compelling application in 2-4 days (R2 deadline for most US Schools).
In case you want to apply in India, ISB R3 is still a good shot.
Good schools in EU such a France is not in question because of lack of International Work Exp. You are early for LBS (ideally 3.5+ years of exp). Potentially, HEC can be a good bet.
Canada in current geopolitical conditions is not a good option.
In SE Asia, NUS and NTU are viable options with the former much more competitive than the later.
Please feel free to reach out to us in case you seek help with the applications.
Cheers and Best of luck !
