Hi Bhaviya,
Can you indicate, which colleges are you targeting? While chances depend on a lot of factors, if it's INSEAD 26 intake (or top business schools in the US), I'd encourage you to give GMAT and get at least a 30 point improvement on your score. In most bschool applications, Indian pool of candidates is quite large and their GMAT average score is 20-30 points higher than overall applicant cohort.
It would be interesting to know which consulting firm have you worked with, generally, without an Indian MBA it's hard to work in MBB, Accenture Strategy or ATK (except knowledge center arms of these firms).
Lastly your essays (story/motivations) and your extra curriculars will also be crucial in getting an admit.
Overall solid profile but currently, a below par score and a work experience that's very common in Indian applicant pool might hold you back. On the flip side, your quality of essays and your extra curriculars (TFI is a plus) can be the distinguishing factors which help you stand out.
Try improving on at least your GMAT score to have a better chance.
