First of all, I just read your book. Its a good thing that you addressed the Indian applicant dilemma's.
I am an IT analyst with an Indian company working for auto industry for last four years.
Career: Progressed well from s/w development to more responsible roles including team lead, technical lead and module lead in last four years. Been working with Big 3 Auto customers and business teams in Detroit.
EC: Have wide variety of interests. Into creative writing for company magazine, regular tennis player, love for travel and an amateur guitar player too!
Academics: excellent. consistent topper and national merit scholar
GMAT: 700 (92% Q, 80% V, 5.5 AWA)
Community Service: Done some valuable things for community( esp relatives and locals) but no labels like Habitat for Humanity! Occasional involvement in company CS activities, can only give good personal stories.
Post MBA: Strategy, Consulting, General Management
