Undergrad : B.Sc. Civil Engineering 2.70, top school Istanbul-Turkey , last semester GPA is 3.15.
Male , 33 years old
Work Experience:
7 years as a financial analyst in Illinois' top insurer. Started as a temp, hired as an analyst now am a senior analyst. I personally am responsible of formulating, calculating and allowing $60Million per year to hospitals which perform above expectations. I deal with 80+ hospitals.
I work with cross departmental teams of managers and directors on the quality assesment initiative. I am responsible of developing, explaining the method and streamlining the efforts of different departments for the end product.

Goal :
To work for a large consulting company in a multi-national setting where my personal and analytical skills can be fully utilized. I believe my extensive travels during my early career, language skills and understanding of European, North American and Middle-Eastern cultures will be of paramount help for this goal.
Two final questions :
1)Does being Turkish constitute an advantage or a disadvantage? There are very few Turkish students in the schools I've mentioned. (From 1 to 3 per school)
2)Is my age a show-stopper even if I have a strong and reasonable explanation?
