Thanks for your great reply with my profile evaluation, Mr. Bodine.
Now I would like to ask you some questions about recommendations.
Because I work for a conservative company, it would be rather difficult to ask my current supervisor for a recommendation because he is very loyal to the company.
My previous supervisor, who I worked under for two and a half years, is very open about my applying to the MBA.
So my first recommendation option is my previous supervisor.
My first question is if this is ok.
The best case scenario would be getting recommendations from my previous and current supervisors but that is not going to happen.
So my second recommendation option is a teammate who is one and a half year senior in the company.
Although he is working in a different part(I am in the finance part while he is in billing), we work together in many ways and before he came to the finance team, he worked as a counterpartner within the company.
My second question is if receiving a recommendation from him would be ok as well.

I apologize for the late response. First-round deadlines kept me busy. Yes, your situation with your current supervisor is quite common and as long as the previous supervisor worked with you over a long period and relatively recently (say, within the past year or two) and will be enthusiastic then there is no harm in having him write your letter. The senior peer also sounds good since he seems to have worked closely with you and because he is older may provide a 'supervisory' type perspective. The only reason to avoid a letter from that senior peer would be if there is another recent supervisor who could write one, even a supervisor outside of work (e.g., in your community activities). But your ideas sound good.
