Hello,
i just gave my GMAT this weekend score 740 ( Q49,V41).
I am a 29 yrs old Indian male with around 7 yrs work exp ( 4 yrs in India + 3 yrs in US) . I have pretty much held developer designer positions in the last 7 yrs. Except for 2 yrs in the middle where i was a team lead for the onsite team for my Indian company. Moved to senior developer/designer position again after that in local american companies.
Undegrad GPA -- 3.2 ( approx Bombay university has a percentage system)
Post MBA planning to get into management consulting or high tech management.
I am aiming for one of these schools in that order
1.)INSEAD -- Like its international focus seems can learn a lot more there
2.) Sloan -- Seems to be the school for with a high tech focus
3.) Haas --- again high tech its in the silicon valley.
4.)ISB -- Finally want to move back someday with ISB it will happen earlier. But i m not sure about the credentials of this school.
What are my chances at these schools ? Also considering the kind of roles i am aiming for is this the right mix of schools.
I can wait for a year or two to build my profile if it can improve my chances at these schools

Amit,
Given that you have held only designer/developer positions I'm afraid you're overreaching with all of those schools except ISB (which has a strong reputation in India but probably not so much outside of it). For tech management you may have a chance at CMU, Texas, UC Irvine, Maryland, Purdue, or Indiana. For consulting, CMU, Emory, Georgetown.
At 29, you're starting to move out of the prime age for MBA admission (at least in the U.S.) so you may not have the luxury of waiting more than a year.
