Thank you very much Paul. I will definitely check out those schools that you mentioned.
Though, I have another question about recommendation. If I don't want my current boss to know that I am planning on leaving, who would be the best candidate for my recommender? Due to the nature of my job, I do not really have any clients. I used to work in restaurant when I was in college and my boss at that restaurant become a very good friend of mine. (While I worked in the restaurant, she always appointed me to be her substitute whenever she needed to be out. Does substitute manager count as sort of leadership as well?) Can I ask her to be my recommender?
Thanks in advance.

eileen1017,

Your first choice should be supervisors--present or past--from your current company. If you can't find one of those then a peer or customer from your current company would be acceptable. Other than that, a letter from someone who knows of your leadership experiences outside of work could work. The letter from your restaurant manager in college would be of very little value I'm afraid.

Good luck,
