First, I really appreciate the time and effort you have to put in to go through my profile and thanks a ton for all your help.
I shall highlight few details about below:
1>GMAT 690(48Q,35V) - Interested in Part Time MBA in the top 30 schools like NYS,Chicago,Kellog,Bostion College,Babson.
If you could suggest some better options for me please do.
2>Indian Female,28, have almost 6 years of experience out of which 2 1/2 years in US.
3>Software professional...have moved from being a tester,developer to a Business Analyst.
4>Lead a small group of 4 people for a project almost 3 years back in India where I was working for one the best IT companies with NASDAQ ratings
5>Interested in General Management/Leadership.
6>Have been school captain all along from class 8 to high school and have organised various activities in school.
7>Have been involved in a lot of extracurricular activities in school and college like Dancing,singing and sports.
8>Short Term goal after MBA - project manager
Long Term Goal - CEO of a big company.
9>GPA of almost 3.5
Please tell me how can I make my application stand out.I know there is nothing extraordinary about it.I can't depict my nature of being extremely focussed,overcoming all odds to do what I want through it.
If you think I should take up a few activities here in US before applying I would love to....Please let me know how I can work towards my dream.

You have a solid GMAT score and the fact that you are female improves your odds vis-a-vis other Indian IT applicants. However, as you note, your profile is otherwise not distinctive. I do recommend that you get involved in some extracurriculars that allow you to show leadership. To make yourself stand out otherwise, you need to identify the experiences in your profile that you think are most unique and then find imaginative, vivid ways of expressing them in your essays.
Since you are 28 you are already moving past the most common MBA age category so you may not want to delay the MBA application in order to accumulate more extracurricular experience. You should have no problem getting into Babson and Boston's part-time programs, but NYU will be harder and I don't think Chicago and Kellogg are realistic for you. You might consider Indiana, UNC, and/or Carnegie Mellon.
