I've been reeding several posts here and I am wondering if the age is such a big issue to be admitted for a full-time MBA...
I am 28, female and hope to apply for the Jan09 intake to INSEAD. I will do GMAT around April/May, my background is Pharmaceutical Sciences and I've been working in the Pharmaceutical Industry since I've finished my studies (in one of the top 5)...around 4 years exp. I also speak 5 languages, belonged to Scouts (not really any kind of community service), and I've finished my studies also in the National Conservatory of Music (2 different areas, science vs music). I work in a different country than mine (in the UK) in the European Department.
Can you give me your opinion on my profile and my chances of getting in (in case my GMAT is fine, obviously). Am I too old for a full-time programme? I've seen their average age is 29, but since I've read so many posts where age seems to be an issue, can you please give me some feedback?
Thanks!
