driggs006,

You have a strong and distinctive profile with demonstrated leadership and strong numbers. Given your consulting goals, consider these schools:

Stretches:
1. Harvard
2. Stanford (neither seem very realistic to me)
3. Wharton
4. Tuck

Target:
1. Michigan
2. Kellogg
3. MIT Sloan
4. Haas
5. Yale

Safeties:
1. Georgetown
2. Emory

Schools will understand that frequent travel has prevented you from long-term community involvements but will look to see that you've compensated by involving yourself in whatever way your schedule has permitted. Reco letters that are not 100% fluent are not a problem; as long as the recommender's meaning is clear, the adcoms will overlook his command of English.

Hope this helps,
