Work experience : 3+ (Systems Analyst with an Indian High Tech consulting MNC)
Client Portfolio :
1. Arizona Based Utility Company ( S&P 500 ) , 2 yrs. Lead a team of 7 for a yr.
2. Mexican Retail chain. Lead a crosscultural team of 4 associates.
3. Inhouse RFID solution development team , Techical Lead.
# mentored 2 project teams and member company community service wing.
# steady increase of role and responsibility in the company.
College Extracurriculars:
1. Student Body President, Convener.
2. Dept Magazine Assiatant Editor.
3. Member tennis team.
4. some awards in quiz and sports , no academic awards.
5. Some community work.
School Extarcurriculars:
1. House Captain, Vice House captain.
2. Member school Marching Band.
3. various awards.
4. School topper in Economics.
Others:
1. Member Toastmasters
2. 2+ yr international work experience.
3. Can speak 2 languages (Hindi, English) perfectly, working on third ( I can use a little of French)

Goal: I want to continue with the consultancy industry. I want to pursue MBA in general Mgmt. My immediate post MBA goal will be to obtain a management post with a consultacy firm.
Target Schools :
MIT , Kellogs , ROSS, Kelley, Kenan Flagler, Rotman, simon.
Some quesitons :
1. Can you guide me on some european schools ? I am unable to find one which suits me.
2. My immediate supervisior will be leaving company soon. If i get a recommendation from him I hope it will not be bad for my application.
3. Is it a negetive to get recommendation from people who are not MBA? My supervisor is not an MBA.
4. Also please guide me on which more colleges to look at in case my profile does not matches the onces i have shortlisted.

The following three European schools are among those that place large percentages of their classes in consulting: IESE, HEC Paris, SDA Bocconi. (INSEAD and LBS do too but I'm not sure you're competitive there.)
2. My immediate supervisior will be leaving company soon. If i get a recommendation from him I hope it will not be bad for my application.
You definitely should get a reco letter from him, and there is no downside to submitting a letter from an immediate supervisor who recently left.

No, it's no problem if your recommender has no MBA. It's far more important that he know your work well and is able to comment on it with specific examples and enthusiasm.

You could also target Emory and Georgetown, both of which place large a lot of people in consulting positions.
