I have my GMAT scheduled on 09/22/2009 and i was wondering if you could help me out in picking the right schools as per my profile.
I graduated in 1999 ( I am 32 yrs old) with an average GPA score and was working in the IT industry till Feb 2009. Since then i havent been able to find a job due to the current economic recession. I had been working as a Business System Analyst with a mutinational company in LA for the past 4 years.
I started my career as a software developer and gradually moved into business system analysis which enhanced my role in gathering business needs. I guess my career till now hasnt been that excellent or sparking but i have enjoyed my work.
In future I would like to work in a organization such as the Unicef/Uncesco where in i have a more global touch on my work in helping people.I am targetting - Haas,IMD,McCombs,Insead,SAID but i am not sure which schools would help me in my mentioned career path.
Could you please let me know which insititutes would be preferable for me in this above mentioned career choice. Thanks for your help.

I assume you have some history of public service or volunteer work that is somewhat related to your career path.
Anyhow, I really don't know what schools to suggest. Maybe Yale since it's known for nonprofit. Other that that, your choice of schools either seems random, or you've done your research already and all these schools have a long-ish history of students going to NGOs like the UN agencies.
