Hi Alex, I appreciate your time on this forum, a lot of valuable and honest information.
GMAT: 660
GPA: 3.5 from Ivy League College
Work Experience: 4 years at time of enrollment in Fall 2010. Unique small organization that focuses on oustsource HR operations. I've been promoted internally into a specialist role where I run a retirement plan with over $130 million in assets. Will have recommendations from the Co-CEOS (and Founders) who I've worked closely with and know me well. I ideally want to pursue consulting or strategic HR post graduation.
Volunteer: Alumni Mentoring program at my alma mater, NYC Mentor program, Alumni Ambassadors program at my alma mater.
I understand the top 10 are out of reach with my GMAT score (I do plan on taking again) but I was thinking NYU-Part Time, Georgetown, and reaching for Cornell and Yale. Would you make any recommendations for other schools to apply to (Im east coast centric but would go anywhere if it is the right fit)?

"Fit" is hard to really say because I don't know you - are you married, do you have kids, what kinds of people do you tend to connect with, are you outdoorsy or a city person, do you like large schools or smaller schools, which regions or cities will you rule out, and so forth.
If you can bump up your GMAT to 700, your chances will rise considerably (to the point where you may be able to include 1 or 2 additional higher ranked schools such as Columbia, Kellogg, Sloan, or Chicago).
