You didn't give me much info, but based on your profile--which appears to be solid professionally, but weak in community--you are overshooting with Wharton, Harvard, Kellogg, MIT, Tuck, and Columbia. ISB, Darden, Duke, and Yale are more doable but you have to non-minor things working against you: lack of leadership outside of work and your profile ("Male Indian IT"), which is a very common one.
