Hi,

Michigan: "Our average GPA is typically in the 3.3 to 3.5 range."

Chicago: "Average Undergraduate GPA: 3.4"

NYU has an average GPA of about 3.4 as well.

You could certainly apply without retaking the exam but I would consider retaking to see if the score increases. This depends in part on whether this score was representative of your practice scores.
