Hi Accepted.com, please evaluate my profile and see where I stand in the top 20.
With a BS in Human Biology from one of the nation's most well-known science schools, I was pursuing and aiming for a medical degree after college. However, having not one of the best GPAs out there, I decided to aim for a business degree. Here's my profile:
3.1 GPA in Biology (3.94 GPA if count just math/econ classes; I took just 5 of these classes)
710 GMAT
Work experience: 6 months in a moving exhibit and will be 4 years at a large pharmaceutical company when matriculate (please see below for WE detail)
After graduating from college in 2007, I started working in the Operations department in a moving exhibit that happened to stop by the town I lived in. Though it was only hourly wages, I had multiple raises. At the end of the exhibit, I was pretty much made the Assistant Director of Education, but was never given that title due to the closing of the exhibit. After it closed, I found a permanent job in a biotech company (500+ people) as a laboratory coordinator (part of the Research Operations), for which I negotiate with vendors, provide input to the yearly budgetary process, develop protocols, etc. When I started this permanent position, I was offered to be the Director of Operations for the moving exhibit, which it went to Hawaii. However, I turned it down because I thought a permanent job would serve me better in the long haul of this MBA process. Outside of work, I'm also the Music Director of a small church. Regularly I go to senior centers to provide service music, both piano music playing and singing. I also join the Breast Cancer walks annually to raise money for the Breast Cancer Foundation and Research across the world. Besides these experiences, I'm also an active teacher for Princeton Review to teach both SAT and GMAT.
Thanks, for any input. If the top 20 schools are not the most ideal given my current experiences, please help me identify more ways to improve myself.

You didn't mention factors like gender and cultural background which can impact your odds, but in general I do think can get into top 20 schools, perhaps those in the Carnegie Mellon, USC, Emory, Texas level. You didn't mention goals so I'm not recommending these schools necessarily. Your professional and extracurricular profile has some interesting things in it, which will offset your low work experience somewhat.

I'm an Asian male (Chinese American) who immigrated to the States when I was 10 years old. My goal is to stay within the pharmaceutical industry, perhaps in the Senior Management of Operations or such. My ultimate goal would be to use the combination of MBA with my BS in Biology and get to the CFO level of a pharma company.
Again, emphasizing the very different degree (biology), I'd really like to get into a good business school. Currently my role as a lab coordinator has no more room for growth. However, with an MBA and some experience, I believe it'll open up more doors for me in the pharma/biotech industry.
