Where (country, region) is an important determinant of where you should apply - in other words, you should apply to the schools located in the regions you'd like to live/work in after b-school. And if you don't have any preferences, then get some!

It seems like you're taking a scattershot "where ever will take me" approach which really isn't the best way to make decisions such as these.

For a start, take a look at the rankings publications - they should give you a general idea where you may want to apply given your goals and stats.
