GMAT: 670 - 49Q (87percentile), 33V (66percentile) - Total 85 percentile
UG GPA - 3.4 (Maybe 3.3 - Major GPA Accounting, Finance, Business - 3.6+) I had an initial dip due to engineering courses.
Nationality: Indian
Age: 25
Location: US

Work Experience: 3.5 years with Big 4 Accounting/Advisory firm. Worked in various sectors - energy, power, real estate, public housing, and manufacturing.

Entrepreneurial Experience:
1) Started a distribution department in a family business. Now employs 22 people, highly profitable. Dealing in engineering products, green products, etc.
2) Started a pet-products distribution business (in lines with distribution business started). India's pet market is very dis-organized. This is an attempt to bring together top brands under one umbrella.

Community Involvement:
1) Big Brother (1.25 years)
2) Founded a unique non-profit, combing a) talent, b) business savings, c) charity to civic organizations. Helped leading business save on promotional spend - % of this savings was donated to a charity of their choice...."I'll scratch your back..you scratch someone else's back concept"
3) Planning Committee of community service activities at work. Planned and executed a sports event (+food) for a low-income school. The event two consecutive years with over 80 attendees and students.
4) Leadership role in 2 student organizations in college (Vice President). Led food drives with proceeds donated to local food banks.

Other activities and strengths:
1) Avid Golfer and Tennis player
2) Photographer
3) Pursuing private pilot training
4) Road-biking enthusiast (part of team from work that participates in various charity rides)

1) Northwestern U - Kellogg
2) UC Berkeley - Haas
3) NYU - Stern
4) HBS
5) Texas - McCombs
6) Wharton - (maybe)
6) INSEAD (maybe)

While your work experience and extra-curricular activities are competitive, and your grades are OK, your GMAT is below average for all your target programs except UT. It is really hurting your chances. I advise you to prepare again and retake the GMAT or change most of your target programs.
