I like your work experience and I think you have a lot of great extracurricular activities/hobbies/community service to talk about. But, your GMAT score is a little on the low side, as is your undergraduate GPA. Usually, when one is a little low, you can use the other to compensate for it some. But, when both are on the low end of what schools are looking for, you ideally can take the GMAT again and boost your score. Just as important as your total score are your quant and verbal raw scores -- ideally each will at least be in the 80th percentile. In your case, even though your overall score is in the 85th percentile (good enough to get into a top school), your verbal score will really be a weakness.
Also, I think your post-MBA goals sound interesting, but you will need to make these as concrete as possible, and be clear about what you need an MBA to puruse a self-structured career path.
