I plan to apply to Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, and Yale. What are my chances?

MIT grad, majored in Aerospace Engineering, GPA 3.44/4.0 (converted from 5.0 scale)
JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center, emphasis in intellectual property law, GPA 3.23/4.0
GMAT:
750 (48 Q, 44 V)
Work:
6 Months practicing patent law at IP boutique firm in NYC.
18 months (by the time I start B-school) working as general counsel for a startup company
Summer internships at GE Aircraft Engines, Congressional office, several law firms, and research assitant positions at MIT
Goal:
Continue working with startup companies or engage with startup companies more broadly through a career in venture capital.
Extracuricular:
4 years varsity swimmer at MIT, coached a club swim team all three years of law school, avid traveler and adventurer (mountaineering, cross country bike touring, open water swimming).

HBS, Stanford - slim; they're not fans of people who already have a JD (they really want JD/MBA joint candidates); it's not a matter of how great you are as much as they are looking for a specific kind of applicant (young and raw); not saying that you shouldn't apply, but if you do, just have some realistic expectations
The rest of the schools you'll find a handful of ex-lawyers each year in the class. It comes down to being able to convince the adcom that your career decisions (and reasons for wanting an MBA) are driven by what you *want* (business) as opposed to what you don't want (getting out of the law) - a subtle but hugely important difference in tone. If you can do that, you should be competitive.
The rest of the schools you'll find a handful of ex-lawyers each year in the class.
