I am looking to apply for the fall of 2010 and would greatly appreciate any input on my profile.

Experience:
4.5 years (1.5 years publishing/wholesale advertising. 3 years educational software)
First 1.5 years: essentially menial positions.
Present company (3 yrs.): currently serve as chief operating officer (small company).
Started as marketing coordinator. Later started a training center for my company and doubled the institute’s revenues each year for two years.
Managed teams as large as 11. Led the development of new product and directed a fairly large grant program.
Extra curriculars:
Member of a nonprofit providing water awareness education and resources to developing countries. Web and social media support at this point but hope to expand my role in the near future.
Founded and write a blog on my primary interest, educational technology.
Have taught English as a Second Language, TOEFL preparation, and served as a GED counselor.
Objectives: Looking for MBA to learn how to finance and evaluate growth opportunities to start or join an upstart company in internet-based educational services company.
Schools:
Rice
Tulane
Wake Forest
William and Mary
Vanderbilt (late, as in round 3)
Virginia
Penn State
What are my chances at each of these schools? Is there anywhere else that I should have considered that would be realistic for me?
My GPA and quantitative score are concerns, and some of the schools that I am applying to have become increasingly competitive (Rice, Vandy).
I wasn’t able to take the GMAT until fairly late in the year, which explains the Vanderbilt application and the decision to leave out a school such as UNC.
Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
