Hi,
My brief profile is as follows:
GMAT: 720 (Math’s: 50, Verbal: 38, AWA: 4.5).
Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in 1995 from one of the top schools in India, Univ. of Roorkee which is now known as IIT-Roorkee.
I scored 77 percent marks in UG (75%+ is an Honors degree) which I think will correspond to 3.8+ GPA.
I was in top 1% of students in Physics in 1990-91 in India and have a few other academic achievements.
I have 14+ years of IT experience including 7+ years of IT experience in USA, 1 month in Oman and the rest in India.
I have worked for Oracle (in various capacities including as Manager, Senior Principal Consultant), Deloitte Consulting (Senior Consultant), Wipro (Project Manager) and a few other companies.
I have successfully held multiple global leadership roles while working for Oracle in India and in USA.
For the last 1 year, I have been working as a Manager (volunteer with no salary) for an NGO in India and I plan to start my own business enterprise to test my own business ideas and models.
I am 35 years old.
I am focusing on Consulting (Strategy and/or IT Management).
To me it seems that EMBA would be a better option considering my number of years of experience but it’s part-time and I am only interested in full time 1 year program from a top 10 B-School (US or international like INSEAD).
Kindly review my profile and suggest some good schools for my profile.

If you're willing to work in Europe, then focus on INSEAD, IMD and LBS -- schools where your age won't be as much of an issue.
As for the top US schools, you're going to face a significant uphill battle because you're competing against a lot of other IT professionals who are simply younger and earlier in their work lives -- and these people will have a huge advantage over you when it comes to full-time programs. Also, the only schools that have 1-yr programs are Kellogg (but it's geared mostly for those with undergrad business degrees), Columbia's J-term (which isn't really 1 year - just no summer internship), and I believe Cornell may have one (but not sure of the top of my head). In any case, you can try these schools, so long as you keep some realistic expectations about your chances (you're a stretch).
