Male/Israeli + American Citizenship

Undergrad: Economics - Tel-Aviv University (one of Top 3 schools in Israel), GPA: 88 out of a 100 (not sure how to make the conversion to American standards) thats about in the 17 percentile. I also know it's about in the 30 percentile of Israelis applying to top American MBAs.
GMAT score: 760 (M 50, V 45), AWA: 3.5
Work Experience:
-8 months Current Occupation. Started together with 2 partners a company that provides courses in finances. We have also set up a website and forum dedicated to the Value Investment strategy. (it has grown to one of the bigger if not the biggest website in Israel that deals with this subject)
-For 2 years during University,I worked directly for an Israeli business man who owns several companys worth hundreds of millions of dollors. He wrote me a recommandation stating that i acted as his right hand during those years.
- 3 years Israeli Defence Forces, served in a top secret Artillery unit. While that might sound impressive, it must be Remembered that the vast majority of Israeli applicants for American MBA served in the army, some as officers with command Experience.
Extra Curricular:
not alot, 4 months ago i joined an organization that aims to improve relations between Israel and the E.U. Worked alot with foreign embassies. I got promoted about a month ago to being in charge of the organization's online activity.
Hobbies:
- History, Politics, philosophy
- Member of the Tel-Aviv University Debate Club
- Traveled extensively during my lifetime (about 15 countries)
I am intrested in the top 10 programs. could you please tell me which of those schools you think would be realistic for me and which not?
I have another question regarding my learning disablities. Do you think it could potentially hurt my Application if I mention it in my essays?
