Age: 24, 25 at matriculation
Demographic: White male
Undergrad: Small engineering college, BS Business administration with a minor in mathematics
GPA: 4.0 (major and overall)
GMAT: 690 (Q47, V38)
Work experience: 2 years at a top aerospace company in a business rotation program. The program rotates participants through 6 business functions over two years. I also interned at the same company during college. I had a few part time jobs in college working in the universities marketing department.
Extracurricular: On many executive committees in college. Currently work for habitat for humanity once a month and part of a recreational cycling club.
I am starting the graduate school search. The schools I am looking at are USC, UCLA, Rice, and UT Austin. What are my chances to be accepted to these schools? I am worried about my work experience and am flexible to work an additional year. If I apply for fall and get rejected will schools punish me for reapplying?

UCLAis probably a reach. Your GMAT is a little on the low side, but your GPA and work experience are strong. Your are competitive at Rice, USC, and UT, but a year of additional work experience would probably help you at all three.
Business schools do not punish reapplicants. To the contrary, as long as an MBA reapplicant can show growth, reapplication is seen as a sign of serious interest.
